Our website (northbridgechiro.com.au) and our booking and landing pages (including book.northbridgechiro.com) are run by Vinci Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 60675570475), trading as Northbridge Chiropractic, 6/177 Stirling Street, Perth WA 6000. In these terms, “our site” means all of these pages, and “we”, “us” and “our” mean Northbridge Chiropractic.
By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
2. General information only
The information on our site, in our emails and on our social media is general and educational. It is not health advice for you personally. It does not replace a consultation with a registered health practitioner.
- Reading our site or sending us an inquiry does not make you a patient of the clinic.
- Every body is different. We cannot promise a particular result from any care, tip, stretch or exercise.
- Please speak with a qualified health professional before acting on anything you read here, especially if you are in pain, injured, pregnant or managing a health condition.
- In an emergency, call 000.
3. Using our site
You agree to use our site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- copy, scrape or republish our content without our written permission
- interfere with the site, its security or the way it works
- upload viruses or other harmful code
- pretend to be someone else or send false details through our forms.
We work to keep our site accurate and up to date. We may change or remove content at any time. We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
4. Bookings and appointments
You can book online, by phone on (08) 9227 9341 or by email. Online bookings are handled by third-party booking services, such as PracSuite. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us or from the booking service.
If you need to change or cancel, please give us at least 12 hours notice so we can offer the time to someone else. A full fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments within the time frame. We will tell you about any fee before you book.
Our fees are confirmed when you book. Health fund rebates can be claimed on the spot through Tyro. The amount depends on your level of cover.
5. New Patient Consultation offer
These terms apply to the New Patient Consultation offer on our landing page and any ads that link to it.
- Price: $97 for your first consultation.
- What is included: a health history review, a posture and musculoskeletal assessment, nerve function testing and digital posture imaging. An adjustment may be given at the first visit if it is clinically appropriate.
- X-rays: X-rays are only referred or taken when clinically needed. We will explain any cost before they are taken.
- Who it is for: new patients only. One offer per person. You do not need a referral.
- Where: valid only at Northbridge Chiropractic, 6/177 Stirling Street, Perth WA 6000.
- When: valid until we end the offer.
- Clinical suitability: care is subject to your practitioner’s assessment. If care is not right for you, we will tell you and may suggest another health professional.
- No obligation: you are under no obligation to continue care after your first visit.
- No other offers: this offer cannot be swapped for cash or combined with any other offer.
An offer is never a promise of a particular result. We only recommend care that is clinically appropriate for you.
6. Our content
We own or have permission to use everything on our site, including the text, images, videos and logos. This content is protected by copyright and other laws.
You are welcome to view and print our content for your own personal use, and to share links to our pages. Please do not copy, sell, change or republish our content without asking us first.
7. Links and other services
Our site links to services run by other companies, such as PracSuite, Google, Facebook and Instagram. We link to them to make things easier for you.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
8. Your consumer rights and our responsibility
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law.
