Hi, I’m Dr. Mario, the guy you’ll find adjusting spines, asking too many questions about your stress levels and sleep patterns, and helping you get back to feeling like you again.

I’m a chiropractor who’s big on solving the real problem, not just patching things up. My approach is all about whole-body health. That means looking at how you move, how you feel, how you recover and giving your body the support it needs to function at its best, now and in the long run.

After more than 10 years working across Australia, I’ve seen how many people are stuck in the cycle of pain and quick fixes. That’s not how we do things here.

Whether you’re here because of back pain, headaches, poor posture, or just feeling worn out from the daily grind, we’ll work together to get to the root cause and put a clear plan in place. And when the time’s right, we’ll shift the focus to building strength, balance and resilience, so your body’s not just coping, it’s thriving.

Outside the adjusting room, I’m usually brainstorming better ways to serve our community, chatting to local businesses about workplace wellness, or figuring out how to squeeze a few more minutes into the day (still working on that one).

Hi, I’m Clay, I’ve been a chiropractor for the past 9 years and have owned and operated my own practice for the last 7, after graduating from Murdoch University in 2017.

Sport and health have always been central to my life. I represented Western Australia in soccer from the ages of 13 to 17 before joining the Perth Glory Youth Team at 18. Experiencing the impact of injuries firsthand inspired my passion for understanding the human body and led me to pursue a career in chiropractic.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, out on the boat, or enjoying anything outdoors. I’m always up for a new adventure.

The most rewarding part of being a chiropractor is helping people move, feel, and live better. I’m passionate about making a positive impact and look forward to meeting new people and helping them reach their full potential.

Hi, I’m Nicola, and I want you to know that finishing every day with neck pain or ending every week with a headache isn’t something you should just have to live with.

I know this personally because I used to suffer from chronic headaches myself. They affected my energy, my mood, and my day-to-day life. That experience is a big part of why I became a chiropractor. I understand how much pain can slowly take over your life, and how easy it is to just keep pushing through.

Most people are busy. Work, family, stress, long days and usually they put themselves last. The body is very good at adapting for a long time, but eventually it starts to push back. That tightness in your shoulders or stiffness in your lower back is often your body trying to tell you something isn’t working.

I don’t see the body as failing. I see it as running out of options.

My job isn’t just to help people when they’re sore. My job is to understand why the body ended up there in the first place. I like to take the time to really understand what’s going on, look at how the body is functioning as a whole and then create a personalised plan that makes sense for each person.

The goal is simple, to help you move better, feel better and get back to living your life, not just getting through the day.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me reading a good book, spending time with my husband and our dog Oakley (who is absolutely treated like our first child), or being an overly enthusiastic aunty to my nephew and honorary nieces. I grew up in a small town in the Wheatbelt and went to boarding school for a few years, which was a big adventure at the time.

One piece of advice I always come back to is to focus on what you can control. Life can be stressful, but not everything deserves your energy. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your health is look after the things that are actually in your control, like how you move, how you look after your body and making time for your health.
