This is a common sign of neurological compromise in the neck, shoulders and into the arms and wrist. This posture also changes the way your body holds the weight of the head. A forward head posture can overload areas of the neck and lead to spinal stiffness, it can also create tension in the muscles that support the head and shoulders.
